With their registered office in Bathgate, Weslo Housing Management Ltd is a Social Landlord operating in the Falkirk and West Lothian Council areas, their key objective is to provide affordable, good quality, rented housing suited to local people.

Weslo Housing Management annually invests around £2M to manage, maintain and develop the housing stock and its environment and works with other locally based groups to promote the economic development in these areas. With their Tenant Participation Scheme, Weslo also works with tenants to provide further options for improvement of their homes and improve their management service.

Weslo’s maintenance team carry out day to day repairs in the core trades of joinery, plumbing, electrical, builder work, plastering and gas servicing. Over 10,450 repairs are carried out annually. In 2013/14, 99.97% of these were attended to within their stated response time.

Weslo Housing Management owns 2,300 properties in West Lothian and Bo’ness, with an annual turnover in excess of £8.5M. They are also the estate manager to over 3,500 private owners who have acquired their properties through Right to Buy.
